I bought a stationary bike a while ago. I would ride my bike 3x a week. I stuck with it and I am very proud of that. Although, I didn’t get the results I was really hoping for in the beginning after months of riding and eating right I noticed changes. I then started Yoga and that was difficult for me at first but I loved it.
I have been doing Yoga for a few years and that has become a part of my routine. Though I do not do it as often that I used to, it has helped me to maintain keeping off inches and reducing body aches and back pains. I have more energy, and I can fit in my jeans again. LOL
